Over the past 16 years Linton has forged a reputation for impeccable client service and an ability to truly understand his client’s needs as well as delivering results. He has a real heart for people and recognises the incredible value of relationships.

Linton started out his HR career in 1992 with International Executive Search firm-Drake Executive before he went on and established his own Executive search and recruitment firm, Eagle Consulting International in 1996. Over a period of 8 years he worked with many of Australia’s leading companies including; IBM, MYOB, Pioneer, Telstra, WorldCom as well as many fast growing SME’s.

More recently in his role as Executive Director of 2S HR, Linton established a new Brand for the recruitment of Talent into the not-for-profit sector nationally. Linton worked closely with many of Australia’s leading not-for-profit organisations; including World Vision Australia, Anglicare, CBM, ACS, Catholic Education Office, Light FM and Hammond Care.

In January 2009, Linton re-branded the organisation and launched, Eagle HR Consulting.

Linton has held several high level management positions over his career with various organisations and has served on Boards of several not-for-profit organisations including; International Christian Chamber of Commerce, Focus on the Family Australia and Gatehouse.

With his extensive experience in Leadership, HR and Executive Search, combined with his heart for seeing people reach their full potential, he brings something unique to the search industry with his ability to find exceptional talent for his clients.Linton’s interests include property development, philanthropic ventures, public speaking, family and coaching athletics
